HOME BLENDING

 

We will have you fill out a detailed questionnaire to get sense of what you wish to achieve and what style

 

We will visit each residence and each client can express their wishes and desires as to which large pieces of furniture to take. We will photograph and measure the pieces.

 

 

We then will visit the new premises and do a site measure. (If a visit is not possible, blueprints, a floorplan or site measurements must be made available to us.)

 

At the design lab we will do space planning and design a new space within  budget. We will do our best to incorporate all of the pieces the client wishes to take with them. If it is not possible we will suggest replacements and or compromises.

 

We will supply the client with the following:

 

Floorplan

Mood Board

Instruction Manual

Elevations (4 for each room)

2 Photo realistic rendering

 

Cost: $450 for first room, $200.00 for each additional room.

 

Cost is for design services, site measure, meeting and drawings only. Does not include any furniture or accessories, painting or anything further. If the client would like access to trade-only showrooms and would like to take advantage of our designer discount  arrangements can be made for an additional fee. $60.00 fee for initial consult will be deducted from the package total.
