DOWN SIZING OR TRANSITION ASSISTANCE
We are sensitive to our client's needs. Some clients desire a clean sweep and brand new design others would feel much more comfortable if the new space were to resemble the old space as much as possible.
We will send out a questionnaire ahead of time so that we will know the client's style preferences and so on.
We will then meet with in the client's home and further discuss their wants and desires.
We will then tour the home with the client and they can show us the items of furniture that they would like to accompany them to the new house/condo/facility.
We will photograph and measure each large piece (up to a maximum of 8).
We then will visit the new premises where a floorplan or site measurements must be made available to us. If not available, a site measure will cost an additional $75.00 for spaces under 800 sq ft. and .10 cents per sq. foot over. $60.00 fee for initial consult will be deducted from the package total.
At the design lab we will do space planning and design a new space within budget. We will do our best to incorporate all of the pieces the client wishes to take with them. If it is not possible we will suggest replacements.
What this package includes:
*In Home Consultation, and evaluation
*Second Consultation (at new site)
* We will create a furniture plan
* Concept Board
*Comprehensive Shopping List
*Elevations (4 for each room)
*1 3D or photo realistic rendering for each room.
Cost: $450 for first room, $200.00 for each additional room.
Cost does not include any furniture or accessories, painting or anything further. If the client would like access to trade-only showrooms arrangements can be made for an additional fee. (See Home Decor Shopping)
We will occasionally take on pro bono work for seniors going through difficult times. Contact us if you know of someone in the GTA that you feel could use our services and we will see what we can do to help ease their transition.
